Fort Lauderdale will be the venue for the 2015 Customer Strategy Network (CSN) conference this year.  The loyalty industry’s primary professional organisation last met in the Florida beach resort in 2013.  This year’s event, which takes place from 18-20th November will attract participants from CSN’s growing global membership.

Last year’s event, which took place in Malvern, Worcestershire, took a series of key decisions on the scale and scope of CSN including the announcement of an important collaboration with the Wise Marketeer, the primary online site for loyalty marketing professionals.
